Online Mhada Lottery 2013
Formally known as "Bombay Housing Board", the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has played a very crucial role in providing housing options to the residents of Mumbai. Like last year, Mhada has announced that this time as well they will continue to provide low cost housing scheme via Mhada Lottery 2013.
As per the latest update from the Mumbai housing authority, the online Mhada Forms 2013 would hit the net in the month of April and May 2013. Mhada has decided that it will offer around 2550 flats.
Mhada has also stated that the application forms for Mhada 2013 are likely to be out in April 2013 and the draw will be held on 31st May 2013.
The cost of the flats under this scheme is -
Virar location : Rs. 3,200 / sq ft.
Vengurla Location :Rs. 2,000 / sq ft.
